School wide review of equity and inclusion, study of school context, data and climate. This process will follow the triangulated case study model Dr. Bleasdale used for doctoral research Proven methodology reviewing student experience, school policy and practice.

- Supporting recruitment , hiring and orientation of new director of equity and inclusion
- Individual and leadership team coaching max (5 people)
- Regular progress reports, 1:1 sessions with consultant and client
- Two professional development days all faculty and staff ( can be 4 half days if remote)
